  4. enlargement.
  5. CAUSES. Kidney disease, alcoholism, diet, inborn fault or diabetes. This is
  6. associated with a higher risk of heart attack, stroke, coronary artery
  7. disease and obstruction of blood vessels in the leg.
  8. TREATMENT. Weight reduction, medication prescribed. Consult a nutritionist.
